Our ideology is to bring happiness to all and means to attain it is ‘Yog’. The aim is so high; the means too is not smaller. The higher means is, therefore, selected because Yog is such a wisdom which purifies ‘Antehkaran’ if practised daily. This is the first achievement of Human life.
